The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which made it easy to relax. "The hotel’s facilities are outdated, and the elevators are excessively small. We had reserved two rooms, but one of them lacked heating and the toilet was not operational. Despite several complaints, the hotel staff attempted to accommodate my family in a significantly smaller room two days later. The food was exceptional, but unfortunately, the other services did not meet my expectations. "
