"Polite staff, clean room, kettle with coffee and tea - all great. Can’t really complain about anything except for the aircon that didn’t work. The room was scorching and it wasn’t even that warm outside. Mentioned it to staff but nothing seems to have been done about it. Upon checking out heard someone complaining of the same thing. It’s not too far from the tram or the station - but the station is huge so isn’t that easy to navigate the best way into or out of it to get to the hotel. Would stay again - but beware of hot weather!"

"For an international hotel at a major city, not having the ability to charge a phone in 2026, after the c-port was made the only source of charging in Europe is crazy. Coffe machine not working. Only convenient thing, it is next to airport terminal Only reason I will stay again"

"Excellent buffet breakfast. A very well positioned hotel with spacious rooms. The gym could benefit from an upgrade and some free weights. "

"Top marks to the staff on the 8th floor - very well looked after at breakfast, Perhaps to an Austrian five different colours of carrot for breakfast and a printed menu offering a variety of dishes, so long as you wanted eggs, is the norm...? The lack of clothes storage in the rooms wasn't helpful, and an explanation of the lighting system would have been useful; it appeared to be either "all on" or "all off"."
