I have never felt compelled to write a bad review before BUT! I would NOT recommend this property based on the hostility we received from the property owner, Jessica. We were accused of water fights in the house which was FALSE! & my son accused of ripping a park sign off from Jessica apparently viewing this from CCTV, which I know is false because I saw him hit the sign & it was flappy on one side only . I called my son away when I saw that but she said he ripped it off completely. I believe she ripped it off when I asked for proof after she claimed she will be taking money from my account. After I asked to discuss these things over the phone, she said “there is nothing to discuss”then she proceeded to take money from my credit card, (for her apparent damages) without my permission. Jessica’s behaviour eluded me to read other reviews and we could relate to most of them. I am expecting a nasty reply will follow. To Jessica, I feel for you, in one way because it seems necessary for you to treat people with disrespect & you’re always fighting people but you can turn that around! I hope you find God & get him to turn your life around & teach you to love your neighbour & be free from your hatred of people.

I liked its uniqueness & the tree surroundings. I didn't feel like it was very clean, obvious dust on mirrors and under beds. It was very difficult carrying luggage up a spiral staircase to enter and then the next 2 levels were also a spiral staircase which were dangerous. The BBQ and tables were on the third level, so this meant you had to carry the food, utensils, plates etc. up 2 levels via a spiral staircase. The bathroom was right next to the kitchen and was easy to flood the bathroom post shower. No bathmats supplied. I also found the lounge/sofa bed very uncomfortable.

Unique stay
Loved our tree house. Very creative and inspirational space. Would definitely recommend to others. Only drawback was the lack of mugs and comfortable seating. Some hanging hammock chairs would fill that need.

Delightful stay, away from the crowds
Great location, just 10km to the highway and access to all things you would want to see at the Gold Coast. Location was perfect for the kids, and getting up close to the animals was a real highlight for them. Had one minor issue and property manager was very quick to help resolve it. Was just the experience we were looking for

Loved the industrial look. Comfy beds. Unique concept. BBQ on balcony was great. Could of used lounge chairs. Only a bed to sit on downstairs. A bit awkward with a family in winter.

This is a great location to explore the delights of Springbrook National Park. The Treehouses are unique, bespoke decor, good facilities and views.
