Welcome to Edge Water Lodge, your perfect lakefront getaway for families and large groups! This completely remodeled and modern property is located on Lake Erie and features 10 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The Lodge has 9 queen beds, 1 twin bed and 4 full sleeper sofas, sleeping 26 people total. Flat screen TVs are in every room and the master suite has a jacuzzi tub. You will be comfortable in the summer with full A/C and cozy in the wintertime snuggled up next to our 2 electronic fireplaces. Enjoy stunning views from the overlook deck with access from the bedrooms on the second story. Every modern convenience is yours topped off with a great view and private lake access. Grab a glass of wine, sit by our cozy fire pit, and enjoy life by the lake at the Lodge.
Amenities offered by pet friendly Edge Water Lodge include: A/C; Wi-Fi and Cable; A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils; Fresh linens and towels are stocked in all 4 bathrooms. Washer and Dryer. Outdoors at the Lodge features a downstairs patio and upstairs overlook deck, a propane grill with extra gas, and firewood is provided for the cozy fire pit.
Check in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Parking for up to 12 vehicles is easily accessible just off Lake Road.
Geneva-on-the-Lake in Ashtabula County, Ohio, is an old-fashioned lakefront getaway offering something for everyone, and Edge Water Lodge is in an ideal location for walking and easy driving to attractions on the famous entertainment Strip and north shore.

• Restaurants, nightclubs, amusement rides, live entertainment, arts, unique shopping, and arcades provide entertainment for everyone in your group, including the Tuesday concerts in Township Park.
• Play a round of golf at one of Geneva’s in-town or area golf courses. For family fun try one of the many miniature golf courses.
• Explore more than 20 Northeast Ohio wineries just minutes from Edge Water Lodge. The Ashtabula and Lake County grape-growing regions produce most of Ohio’s wine grapes, giving our area the reputation as the state's finest.
• Arriving by boat? Dock within the safety of the harbor at nearby Geneva State Park. And Lake Erie itself has so much to offer: Book a sunset cruise or a fishing charter. Swim at the State Park or stroll along the beach, then take a ride on the Ferris wheel. There are several restaurants and wineries right on the lake, and our spectacular sunsets offer the perfect subject for photo enthusiasts.

This place was perfect! 16 ladies who needed to 'bug out of Dodge'; the location, space, fire pit, and bands hit thd spot! Will be back next year! And kudos to Matt the host, very accomodating.

nice place to gather. Could use a bit of curb appeal. Floor could use some specialized cleaning, seems like it is just mopped w water and not vacuumed and mopped w/cleaner. That being said we had a great time. Lots to do in the area. ( Extremely uncomfortable with a man showing up to be in a so called service area unannounced fixing food and napping. Made my younger family members VERY Leary of the security/safty of the house we were in. Freezer for ice does not work. Master shower head leaked

Loved the house! So did all my friends! The photos of accommodations are very accurate! Even though the weather was rather wet and cold, we had a wonderful time. We even managed to get the firepit going one evening. Only one complaint - no closet space, not even hangers to use on available hooks! Other than that very enjoyable stay!

Fun weekend at GOTL!

We are life long Lake Erie visitors. We’ve stayed many places along the lake. This was one of our favorites by far. The location was great and the Edge Water Lodge provided plenty of room for us to spread out. We want to make this a yearly tradition for our family.

Great house for friends!

Heart of the action

This property was extremely clean and as advertised! Plenty of room to enjoy our girls' weekend. Location was excellent! We were able to enjoy the strip and left the cars parked in the ample parking lot. Recommend this property for your next getaway!

Perfect Location and Excellent Host for a Family Reunion!

We had an amazing family reunion at one of Matt Caudill's properties on Geneva-on-the-Lake. Matt was incredibly accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met. The location of the property was perfect—close to restaurants, entertainment, and everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. Great for a large group!

Edgewater lodge was perfect for our large group of ladies. We enjoyed the location/walkability, the lake views and the large space for us to gather and feel comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend for other large groups looking to enjoy everything GOTL has to offer!

Great Family Location

Property and location have something for everyone. GOTL is a throw back to to much simpler time. Great for all family ages. The property is perfect for large gatherings. Plenty of bedrooms and 4 full baths make it very accommodating. Lot's of kitchen supplies and seating areas. This is our second stay and we will be back.

Gem in the off season

Girls weekend for the second year in a row- SO much space! Lake views are beautiful in the winter! The lodge was spotless again this year! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and towels. Kitchen is equipped with basics. Even room to set up 6’ table for nerdy puzzling.Property manager was very responsive! We plan on coming back again next year!

Fantastic vacation house

This house is thoughtfully designed for a large group vacation. It is optimized for bedrooms, bathrooms, and a large common area. It was perfect for our group and would definitely rent again. The only thing the listing omitted is the fact it is within walking distance of a magic shop, which was a huge win for our group! Thanks for a great vacation.

Tour of Wineries

Great locattion. Waterfront right in the middle of the strip. Close to everything on the strip, but set back enough to be quiet. House was clean and comfortable. It provided more than enough room for our group of 15 to be able to socialize without being right on top of people.

Rowell Xmas family get together

The property was perfect for our visit. There was plenty of space to gather as well as rooms to sleep. The outside fire pit was great despite the record snow Geneva received the week of our stay. The snow was plowed and access to the lodge was easy. The kids used cut up cardboard boxes to slide down the mini hill created by the snow. A small igloo was created in the snow for the kids while the adults gathered by the fire. A short walk down to Madsen donuts Saturday morning satisfied everyone’s sweet tooth. The grinch showed up to offer evening entertainment for all! The perfect family getaway.

Family vacation

The house was really great because we could all be together! 10 bedrooms left us close, but still spread out enough! And with four bathrooms, there was always one available when needed!! We enjoyed fires in the fire pit every night, and thank you for the Firewood provided! The kitchen living room area was big and open Where we could cook and socialize With family at the same time. Very close to the strip easy to walk to everything. We were concerned about the beach access, but all of us made it down to the beach without much problem. It was a great stay! We would definitely consider coming back next summer!!
