"Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options, and clean. The staff was fantastic. If I went back I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The bed was great. Elevator was out- we were put on the 1st floor without having to request it. For the price-well worth it and the location worked very well for us. "

"This is the worst place I have ever booked! The property is run down bad. Mattresses in the parking lot, a spray painted car(including windows) rolling through the property. A trash bag over the smoke detector. Holes in the walls stained sheets. The door looked like it had been pried open. I came from out of town and booked 2 rooms and stated a very late check in. My son checked in. When I arrived I was told that I did not have a reservation that I arrived too late and the rooms were all taken and they could not accommodate me. I asked for a refund. They told me that I booked through a third-party and I paid them so it wasn’t their problem That day I immediately checked my son out of that room and found a new hotel I will never never stay here again"

"The room was absolutely disgusting and when we brought it to the manager's attention she refused a refund. There was wads of hair in the bathroom, the shower doors had water stains like they hadn't been wiped after the previous guest. There were streaks of something that had run down the back of t h e bathroom door and spots that appeared to be blood. The toilet wasnt secure, when sitting on it, it rocked away from the wall, and the plaster was peeling off the walls. The kitchen faucet was loose and the wood on the furniture was full of huge chips out of it. We were afraid to stay and find out the condition of the bed, so we refused to stay and went to a Super 8 which ended up being 10x cleaner than this Staybridge. We routinely stay with Staybridge, but would not recommend this location at all for the price plus poor customer service."

"We booked a room and it seemed like a good deal. We were supposed to get a code to get into the door. We never got the code and there isn’t anyone to help you. The number listed doesn’t work. I sent several messages and never got a response until 7 am. We left the parking lot at 230 in the morning after not being able to get in. Terrible service."
