Hyatt House Austin/Downtown
Solid, no-frills stay in the center of downtown Austin. The staff and breakfast were great but the sheets were a bit scratchy and lumpy. Valet parking was the only option and $45/day feels pretty steep compared to other, nicer hotels in the area. Otherwise a good spot.

Omni Austin Hotel
The Omni was great. The room was clean and everything looked bright and new. The property itself has a pretty bar/dining area downstairs, but we preferred to sit up by the pool for drinks as it was more relaxed and had music. It was an easy stay and also quiet.
