"The room was clean and adequate. Staff gave us a key for one night instead of the six nights. We had to go back twice to redo our keys. The night attendant seemed more interested in his tv program than helping us."

"Great loft in a lively downtown atmosphere. The only suggestion would be to have darkening shades and or darkening curtains in the bedrooms with windows. Lots of natural lighting throughout the loft. So having the flexibility to close blinds, etc. would be nice. Would recommend this loft! Manager ..."
