Take a stroll through town to local restaurants and the riverfront. Rent a bike and ride the scenic Dearborn Trail into nearby Lawrenceburg for even more dining, shopping, and entertainment—or head just 30 miles to Cincinnati for sporting events, concerts, museums, the zoo, and a vibrant food and brewery scene. For outdoor lovers, Indiana’s State Parks are within easy reach for hiking and exploring. However you spend your day, you’ll love coming back to unwind on your private balcony as the river goes by.
This home has been our personal residence for the past decade & I am so excited to open it up to guests for the very first time! Each room offers a view of the river, with double doors leading to a patio or balcony. The upstairs features an open-concept living room and kitchen full of natural light, a wine room, a king master bedroom, and a full bath with jetted tub—perfect for a relaxing escape for two. The lower level includes an additional living room, a second bedroom with a full-size bed, a full bathroom, and a laundry room, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.
With elegant charm, modern amenities, and river views—all within close proximity of local attractions—this retreat is the perfect getaway. We can’t wait for you to enjoy it as much as we have!

This is a lovely home with a gorgeous view! Everything is well thought out. Very well supplied kitchen. It is a 5 star place, but a word of caution if you have small children or issues with steps. The main living area is on the upper level and there are a lot of steps. I do have knee issues, but the view and place are so nice, I would stay again if in the area.
