"This hotel is located in a flight path. From 10pm to 3am, planes are flying direct above it. This leaves little to no sleep. Only 2 elevators for a 6 floor hotel and 1 was out of service & apparently has been for over a month. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The elevator wasn’t cleaned for 2 days. Until I mentioned it and it was not cleaned throughout. Lazy guy said he wasn’t finished yet walked out without completing. The beds are very uncomfortable & pillows were flat and hard. Not a good night sleep and ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. Also, a bar with no bartender and you had to ask someone at the front desk to get you a drink. Which was out of cranberry juice, pineapple juice and didn’t carry common spirits. I won’t be coming back. I expected more from a Hyatt!!"

"Unfortunately the pool was under construction and we were not alerted to that prior to on Orbitz or WT’s website. The curtains were pretty filthy and we had a stand up shower that drained incredibly slow. The front desk staff was pleasant and helped with directions however requesting towels it took 2 stops down to the desk and an hour later to get what we needed. I always register for 4 guests and receive 3 towels!"

"Loved the hotel: clean, comfortable, lots of stuff around it and easy highway access. I heard absolutely no hallway noise. A few notes that I somehow missed in the fine print: 1) internet is not free if you book through a 3rd party like Hotels.com. it's 14.95 a night, but I think I was only charged for 1 of the 2 nights I stayed. 2) even though they control their own parking garage and it had plenty of empty spaces, parking costs $9 a night. I missed the notice in the fine print when I booked, but discovered in the info i was sent that there would be an $8 charge. Not a huge deal, but accurate info is nice to have."

"Room was not clean at all. The lady that checked me in refused to give me a clean room, and she had a bad attitude. However the last night I stayed another staff member fixed the issue. I hate I didn’t talk to the other start member prior but do not book this hotel."

"The hotel was clean, but they wouldn’t come clean your room every day after they ask you did you want them to come clean the room every day besides that it is nice big rooms I like that and very convenient convenient in the Oak Brook area. Everything is in Oakbrook that’s why I stayed over here and that’s a perfect location. Do not stay at O’Hare. Stay in Oak Brook if you come stay in Oak Brook area really nice."
