"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the house was generally clean and comfortable. One toilet needed cleaning from not having been used recently (and there weren’t supplies to clean it ourselves) and the whole house could use some deep cleaning of built up dust (under/behind things, baseboards etc) and the exterior windows which had bug/debris build up. We had a maintenance issue with a bathroom doorknob that was sticking. After someone getting stuck in the bathroom, we notified the rental company of the concern asking for it to be addressed that day. They said they would. It was not addressed that day and I sent a follow up text the next day and it was addressed then. However, the fix was to stop the door from latching at all. If there’s a door that needs to work inside the house, it’s that one! I was disappointed in the fix, but more disappointed that we did not receive communication of the delay in getting it fixed. Beds were comfortable enough. The large dining room table was great for playing games and we found a fun new game that the home owners provided. The kitchen has a lot of counter space and was appointed with everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was rented for our ladies golf trip that included 8 women. The house was perfect for size and sleeping arrangements. The kitchen and eating areas inside were large and accommodated our group. We like to maximize the use of the house we rent; so having enough space is essential. There were 4 full bathrooms which was excellent. I was disappointed we could not use the downstairs space due to mold which can be understandable but were not advised until 4 hours before check in. They kindly offered another property but it want to our hopes or size to accommodate. We missed having the game area to spread out and had hoped for some type of refund, but the management company has not called back after 3 attempts. The outdoor space is nice. Hot tub was clean! I think they could clean up the out door area a bit given the house is in a heavy wooded area. We also would recommend more seating in living room since we could use the basement. Overall, our time was satisfactory given we could not use the game area space."

"Great property and location. The house and amenities were in great condition. Our family of 6 adults stayed comfortably. We enjoyed the games and having a fire in the backyard pit at night. The location worked very well for our itinerary. We would stay here again."
