"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "This is it, this is the standard for hotel service. I have been to hotels around Europe and the world. This was by far the highest level of service I have ever seen in a hotel. This hotel will set the standard. Rooms were perfect, front desk and valet great, maid staff came in twice a day. To understand the level of service they wrap your charger cables in the evening turn around. While we were there in off season it did not feel like it given the level of service we experienced every single moment in the hotel. There is no way I would stay anywhere else in Nice. And the location is fantastic. "
