The toilet was dirty which freaked out my wife… I pulled up to the front of the hotel to check in and drop off my family and a cab driver start cussing and hitting the windows of the car with my family in it! Not the best area.
Warning no AC, this is my fault for not checking but still no AC!

A nice hotel with a good room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Coffee machine in my room. The room was too hot though. The air conditioning unit did nothing to cool the room and part of it rattled. Everything else was good. The staff were helpful.
I did not have breakfast so cannot rate that.

Great location and nice hotel. Right across from Hauptbahnhof so if my daughter were traveling and staying alone in that area I would be more cautious. Having said that it is still basically safe you just have to be aware of where you are and who is around you, but anybody should be aware in general.

"There is no air conditioning in the hotel, and it was very hot in July. They gave us an electric fan to use. In the past, InterCity hotels have included a tram /bus pass, but they don't do this any more. That's one reason we stayed here and also that it is close to the train station."
