A special thank-you goes to Daniela Ruiz and Carlos, who truly went above and beyond in assisting us with planning day trips and excursions. Their recommendations, attention to detail, and willingness to help made exploring the area stress-free and enjoyable. Their exceptional customer service added a personal touch that made our trip even more special. The hotel’s location was another major highlight. It is conveniently within walking distance of shops, local markets, restaurants, and many of Granada’s attractions, making it easy to experience the culture and charm of the city without needing transportation for every outing. "Incredibly delightful stay at the Voco. Clean rooms, comfortable and spacious beds, air-conditioned rooms, solid wifi and television, and such a convenient location for the hotel. The hotel also has a small parking lot on site, which was really helpful. We asked for a recommendation for a tour of the Isletas. The staff called their connection and we were on our way in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place for locals or foreigners."
