- This modern 97 m² holiday home provides a wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday for up to 8 guests. The house offers 4 comfortable bedrooms and a bright living area where the kitchen and lounge are combined in an open-plan layout with large windows and plenty of space for spending time together.
Here, the days begin with morning coffee on the terrace and end in the sauna or outdoor hot tub under the open sky. The interior is simple and modern, focusing on comfort, light and togetherness. With only 500 metres to the water, it is easy to enjoy a swim or peaceful evenings by the coast.
The area around Nørre Kettingskov is known for its peaceful nature and beautiful coastline on the island of Als. You will find small beaches, excellent fishing opportunities and scenic walking and cycling routes through forests, rolling hills and open landscapes. The family-friendly atmosphere makes the area ideal for a relaxing holiday.
From the house, it is only a short drive to Sønderborg with its charming harbour, cafés, shops and attractions such as Sønderborg Castle and Dybbøl Mill. Nearby, you will also find golf courses, a water park and attractions such as Universe Science Park, enjoyed by both children and adults. Note: Not for commercial rental.
