A "cleaned" towel had two eyelash strips. The tub was not cleaned. The sheets had stains. The mini fridge was leaking. The pool was closed, vending machine was broke, ATM broke, and NONE of the gym equipment worked. "

"My room was not very clean. There was hair on the shower floor, the bedside table was halfway pulled away from the wall, and the table tops did not seem very well cleaned. The sheets were rough. I stay at many Hamptons, and this was the most disappointing."
