The villa is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, it features a spacious living room with a TV corner and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, and a double bedroom. All rooms are air-conditioned (heating/cooling). A bathroom with a shower completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are three spacious double bedrooms, all air-conditioned (heating/cooling), and a bathroom with a bathtub.
