They were remodeling the 4th and 5th floors. Noisy at times. My shower had a drip that would not stop at all.
I needed a hotel to stay at while my daughter was in the hospital. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The hotel is going through an upgrade/remodel which is fine.
It was nice the people were nice I had decent time

Not great
Room was a bit musty. TV was small and old and we could not get channels we wanted. Breakfast was terrible. French toast was basically dry bread. Heater was a bit loud.
Hotel was clean & quiet. Staff at the front desk & bar were top notch! If I had any complaints it would be the AC doesn't cool the room very well. The TV in the room did not have the game on but the hotel bar did. Stay was very pleasant overall.
The facilities were not up to par. The jacuzzi did not work. The gym equipment did not work with an exception of 3 machines. The indoor pool was freezing. The ice machines did not work.
The woman (Latoya) & man working check in were SO sweet! They were funny, kind, and just a refreshing change -- seriously the best part of our stay. I wish I'd remembered both their names!

The hotel smalls really bad. The rooms are old and dirty, the elevators are also dirty and smells really bad. Very underwhelming for a Sheraton, the worst I have seen so far. Staff was really nice but the hotel was less that pleasant.
Bathroom flooded on check in but quickly fixed. TV didn’t work but quickly replaced. Rate jacked up due to Masters next week. Poor value for a non golfing patron.
For the price, the hotel was very good.
I did not like the breakfast set up at all. THERE WAS NONE!
