The lady who checked me in was very very sweet! However the room are not well maintained. There were roaches in room 113, and the clerk changed rooms right away. Beds were comfortable, but the air conditioning unit stopped working on the second night there. It was fixed within the hour. Property is just poorly maintained. I stayed my 2 days and then moved to a different hotel.

Nice Overnight Stay

The bed was very comfy, the sofa was stained and the fridge was clearly well used. The entire hotel could probably use a little updating. We did get a good night's sleep and it was quiet.

Housekeeping, “Please”

The service was great but the room was filthy. When I opened the freezer a bug crawled out of it. The bathroom wall where the trash can sat look like someone threw a dirty sanitary napkin at the trash can and missed, leaving nasty all over the wall, the room stunk upon entering it. Will not stay there anymore. They did have an excellent complimentary breakfast. Need to hit housekeeping instead of cleaning themselves.

The customer service is amazing i loved the people that worked there. My only complaint is that i know i booked a nonsmoking room. But the room smelled so strong of cigarettes that i swear someone snuck in and smoked one right before we got in there. Also sense my first night staying there. I have felt sick and am constantly coughing up stuff that i have no idea where its coming from with no runny nose. My tonels are inflamed and all. Which, i had no sign of being sick before hand. I just know i woke up after the first night with so much gunk in my throat i nearly choked. I think the place needs to be thoroughly checked for mold.
