Amazing Experience!!!
My family and I had to find a place to stay last minute , and this was the easiest process we’ve ever had ! The host replied fast and made sure we were accommodated . The house was lovely and so clean it felt like home ! I would definitely booked again :)

Absolute best!
I've stayed in many places since 11/23-but Eddie has hands down the best rental! This house is the most complete in any category you can imagine. It was the nicest. It had amenities galore (starting with music playing in the entire house as I walked in). Kitchen was fully stocked (including bottled water in the fridge and an overflowing goody bowl left for guests). Alexa will help with lights. Nice screened porch with a mini table/chairs great for morning coffee. TV in living room and a HUGE one in the den with adjustable couch. TV's have streaming along with YouTube TV so you can watch live. Main bedroom had TV and comfy bed. Furniture throughout is beautiful, stylish. Eddie is responsive and great to deal with. Great stay all around!

Lovely little house
We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. The house was very efficiently arranged. We had everything we needed. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. We definitely will try to stay here again the next time we are in Augusta.

This is our 3rd stay at this lovely VRBO. It is so comfortable and cozy. Very convenient to everything and the owners are very attentive! This will always be our “go to” when in Augusta.

Home away from home
Our son graduated from boot camp in SC and was going to Fort Gordon, GA. We needed a place where we could enjoy family time, cook meals, but still spread out. The owners were amazing in communicating from the beginning of the booking process throughout our stay. The lights were on, music was playing and water was in the fridge upon our arrival. The movie room was lovely as all the streaming services were available! Thanks for a lovely and clean house. Our family appreciated it.

Understanding and Generous Host
We rented this home the day before we needed to come and we rented it for 5 nights Our daughter was being induced on Tuesday and we did not know how long we would need it. Eddie was amazing to us the entire time. I made a mistake with our payment and he was understanding and communicated well throughout getting our pet fee paid. We ended up not needing the 5th night and he updated our rental and refunded a nights stay. We felt like this way above and beyond what he needed to do but we’re so grateful for his kindness. We have already recommended Eddie and his properties to other family members who will be coming to see the new baby.

The house was decorated for Christmas - tree and all! This is a very inviting spacious home. Very clean, love the echo music system. It’s our second stay but won’t be the last. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Very convenient location! And a very sweet little senior lady neighbor next door!

The house was as it showed online. Alexa is there to help at every command! The yard was great! The neighborhood was quiet! The next door neighbor, Ellen, was a kind woman! She made you feel welcome but she was not intrusive. It was like being in a home away from home! Fabulous experience!

Wonderfully restored circa 1940s cottage located in quiet treed neighborhood. Amazingly well executed modern interior design. High tech inside amenities ensure for comfortable longer stays. Owner has thoughtfully anticipated most all traveler needs. Laundry room and supplies being greatly appreciated during my visit. Large exterior backyard with deck for relaxation. Enjoyed immensely with morning coffee. Perfect home base for exploring Augusta GA. Five star recommended as alternative to hotel ambience and services.

Nice clean quite house
My family and I were looking for a house to buy and checking out the areas this was the perfect place to stay. The property was clean they had a fenced in yard that was nice because we had our three dogs with us. The fridge was stocked with water they had snacks on the counter. The neighborhood was quite. When we go back to Georgia we will definitely rent this house again.

Excellent home in a quiet, convenient location.
We rented this home for one night while attending the Masters. It was excellent! I just wish we got to stay there longer. Speakers in all rooms…multiple living rooms/entertainment areas. Large backyard. I sat on the back porch and drank a morning coffee. Thanks!!!

The house was immaculate and loved the echo system in every room which allowed us to play music throughout the house. There is a lot of attention to detail to insure guests are very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Loved everything about it and even the sweet neighbor next door. We look forward to staying here again and again!

The house is beautiful and very clean. The house was decorated for Christmas. Each room has a cozy and elegant ambiance. We found everything we needed: snacks, cleaning supplies, seasoning, laundry detergent, etc. Our dogs enjoyed their fenced yard. Eddie communicated with us immediately and provided all information we needed, The neighborhood was safe and friendly. I will absolutely book again. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

Disgruntled local guest who threw a party and decided it was ok to smoke in the house and have over 10 people sleep over. Damages were confirmed with images and the smoke and weed smell caused us to cancel reservations to clean up her mess.

Very nicely appointed house, comfortable furniture and amenities, great backyard deck. Nice touch leaving a bowl of Halloween-size candy. Mostly clean but kitchen floor needs a good mopping. Easy to get to downtown. Due to small single bathroom I suggest limit no. of guests and days.

My husband and I loved staying here with our dog. There was a desk for working, a yard for playing and a great tv room for relaxing. Plus it's super close to a park for walks. So many little extra touches provided by the host. Highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect stay for couple traveling with our dog
This property was perfect for our long weekend meeting up with family for a siblings milestone birthday. Others were staying near the river, but we needed to travel with our dog and found this rental less that 5 miles away from all our activities (brewery, baseball, bike riding along river). We appreciated arriving to a house filled with soothing music and modern decor. Morning walks with our pup were super nice using the back gated entrance to the nearby Pendleton King Park (just kitty corner from the house). We were happy to be able to offer a bed to a nephew who traveled for the last night of the gathering. It's a house appropriate for a couple or small family given that there is only one small bathroom. Again, it was perfect for us! Thank you to the owner for complementary coffee/water/snacks and good communication!

We enjoyed the area and this home did not disappoint. The “theater” area was the best. We came to the area for a wedding but in the downtime we enjoyed movies to the wee hours. Home away from home
My wife and I needed a place to stay while our hardwood floors were being refinished. The house was very clean and accommodating. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home and the grill was perfect for our ribeye steaks. It was wonderful to have a full sized washer and dryer, since we were there for 13 nights. We spent a lot of our time in the den enjoying our favorite movies on the big screen, stretched out in the reclining sofa. We highly recommend this home for a couple, couples and families alike.

Definitely home away from home
Had family visiting from Atlanta who constantly raved about how they love the house. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, a cozy home away from home. The Christmas tree and decor did it for me. We took pics and video during our stay which resulted in texts, calls and messages of interest in renting the property when in Augusta. Thank you Mr. Miranda (Eddie) for always staying in touch and the Welcome booklet to help navigate our stay. Will definitely rent again!

Perfect place in Augusta
My husband and I stayed here for a few nights with our two dogs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all you could need (even some snacks and coffee). We loved sitting on the deck in the backyard while the dogs ran around. The theater room was also great for late-night movie watching. Overall we had a great stay and the property manager was very kind and accommodating.
