- Located in Augusta, enjoy what this 100 year old, 3-bedroom house has to offer. Guests will find a serene retreat featuring one king bed and two queen beds, perfect for a restful night. The house includes two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and bidet. A two minute walk to the Press Head quaters and a 1 mile walk to the Augusta Nationa Golf Course and National Hills. Minutes drive to downtown, The home is 1900 square feet of red oak hardwood floors and has both central and steam heat as well as individual AC units in each bedroom to manage the fickle April weather in Augusta at tournament time. Private, screened gazebo for smokers, and a covered front porch. A fully stocked kitchen for those wishing to cook and centrally located to all restuarants both downtown and along Washington road. Maid service for those staying 6+ days. Updated photos of new furnishing to be posted ASAP. All beds and linens are fresh and new and the house itself, while an antique, is clean.
