Our cosy holiday rental, located in a historic building, offers the ideal starting point for exploring Augsburg and Munich. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes’ walk from the renowned KUKA company, the idyllic Kuhsee recreational park, the Siebentisch nature reserve, and the famous Olympic ice track—perfect for business travellers, nature lovers, and sports enthusiasts.

The apartment is furnished with new furniture and features a high-quality built-in kitchen, a comfortable living room with a spacious sofa, as well as internet and a TV for your entertainment.

Thanks to excellent public transport connections, you can easily reach Augsburg’s Old Town by bus and tram. For trips to Munich, the nearby Hochzoll train station offers hourly train connections that will take you to the Bavarian capital in just 30 minutes.

For guests driving themselves, our apartment is just a few kilometres from the Friedberg exit on the A8. You can park for free in our private courtyard. There is also the option to rent a garage with a charging station for electric cars right in the courtyard.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds and the other with 3, 1 living room with a dining table for 6 people, a sleeper sofa, a TV, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and two hallways.

Near the apartment, you’ll find restaurants serving various cuisines, cafes (open even on Sundays), pharmacies, doctors’ offices, hair salons, package delivery services, and all kinds of other stores for business and everyday needs.
