"Although I picked a room with accessible bathroom I was just down to a twin room. This problem was resolved at at reception. Lovely room with good sized bathroom shower and lots of rails."

"AVOID!!!!! No one nor any info available at check-in. Hosts supplied email address & mobile number weren’t in service/operational. Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing ..."
