"Room was clean but was not serviced "

"Lovely bar. Great wine. No draught lager. Staff at breakfast very helpful and warm. Cooked breakast was average. No tattie scone or beans, . Black pudding was bland. My Poached eggs were almost hard boiled, partner's fine.Granola yummy. Eggs benedict today very good. Next time will go BB. Parking at hotel difficult but parked free at big car park next to aquarium. Nice room.Sky Sports..Lovely toiletries L'Occitane. Will return!"

"This property is very well-located, close to the university, golf course, and all restaurants and shops. The staff were super-helpful and accommodating. It was a wonderful trip"

"Enjoyed the stay. Room was very good. A little dated. Room service not so good. Never topped up coffee milk etc. sundries which you had to pay for were missing which could have lead to being charged for something we did not have. Had to remind reception twice of this. But would stop there again as overall experience was good "

"Couple issues with spa amd no treatments available food not so good either and cocktail shocking smallest glass not nice for price room basic really small shower/ bath not good water would not give me happy medium either roasting or freezing unfortunately I will not return "

"The lift was out of order for the 3 days that I was there. I was on the 3rd floor and not impressed. Should have been repaired immediately!"
