Magnolia Linen Company Unit 11 Downtown Auburn Across from Campus!

Historic building across the street from campus and Toomers Corner! Park and walk to everything downtown Auburn has to offer including the football stadium and basketball arena! A mix of historic Auburn and modern furnishings. You won’t find a more central location! All mattresses, dish-ware, televisions, etc are all brand new!

These renovated units are in the center of downtown. One parking space is provided per unit. You must use a parking hang tag to avoid getting towed. This tag is provided in the unit.

THIRD FLOOR WALK-UP - this is an older building and there is no elevator to access the units.

Absolutely wonderful location. It is loud over the bar but we brought noice cancelling headphones and the host has noice machines which took care of it. Great for walking to campus, football stadium, and downtown!

We recently stayed here with 3 adult couples to visit our kids who are students at Ole Miss and go to a football game. The house was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms. The kitchen and living area were well equipped and updated with plenty of space for our group. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this rental. Unbeatable location!

This was a very easy stay in Auburn - we could walk everywhere! The host was very prompt in answering all our questions. The property was as described and overall very comfortable. We could hear music from a bar below and over one building from us, but it didn't bother us! Easy enough to drown it out with the white noise machine. Thanks for the easy comfortable stay!

The apartment was nice and impressively clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The stand out was the prime location. You can hear and feel the excitement of the kids returning to campus adding extra energy to our stay. I enjoyed the convenience of walking to breakfast, lunch and dinner. A word of advice… don’t forget anything in your car while unloading or you will get your stairs in. Look forward to returning in the future

Auburn condo

We stayed in this Auburn condo for a weekend in order for us to visit our daughter at Auburn. Amanda was a very responsive and gracious host, and the location cannot be beaten! The bars are loud as promised, but the noisemakers that Amanda provided were a huge help. Also, the condo is located in a perfect place downtown so it is very easy to walk to restaurants and fun shops. I would say it is not luxurious, but it was clean and got the job done! Thanks Amanda!!
