Conveniently located, just a few minutes drive to campus, Tiger Town, restaurants, and much more! This home boasts 3 bedrooms (2 fulls beds, 1 queen, 1 king, plus a sleeper sofa in the upstairs game room. Kick back and relax in the cozy living room or gather for great food in the large kitchen.
No Smoking Policy:

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within 25 feet of the property, including the front and back porches. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and any other smoking devices.

Violation of this policy will result in a fee of $350, in addition to the cost of removing any remaining debris or smells associated with smoking activities. We take this policy very seriously and ask that all guests respect it to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for everyone.

We stayed at this fantastic condo the week of our daughters wedding in Auburn. The condo was just as described and had plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook during our stay. Convenient to restaurants, Tiger Town and downtown Auburn. Would stay again if the opportunity presents itself. Host was very responsive when we had questions before and during our stay.
