Welcome to Shug's Station! A beautiful, newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo situated 1 mile from campus that sleeps 4 people. There are 2 king size beds in this unit each with an ensuite bathroom and it comes with 2 parking passes for the complex.

Once you enter this second floor condo init, you will be wowed by the lovely, modern decor and roomy living space. The kitchen is sleek and modern with everything you need for a comfortable quick or extended stay on the plains. There are 2 king suites with their own ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combos on either end of the unit so you are sure to get a good night's rest while you're here!

This unit is SUPER convenient to I-85, Highway 280, Tiger Transit, EAMC Auburn, Wal-Mart Supercenter, and many other shops and restaurants. We can't wait to host you so book your stay at Shug's Station today!

**HOUSE RULES**
No renters under the age of 25.
This is a non-smoking and pet free unit. If evidence of either is found, you will be fined $1,000.
2 complex parking passes come with this unit and must be returned prior to departure. There will be a $100 replacement fee for lost passes.
Exterior cameras may be in use.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
The number of occupants shall not exceed the number allowed unless agreed upon by property owners and management.
All trash should be bagged and disposed of in the dumpsters outside.
