Beautiful country getaway. Close to Denton on 3 secluded acres!

This home is your perfect country getaway! Conveniently located just minutes from UNT, TWU, Frisco and several local wedding venues, yet nestled on three wooded acres. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a recently renovated "spa like" master bath and amazing views from all windows! Sit on the expansive front or back porch while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine while unplugging from the daily grind. This is social distancing at it's best!

There is a small guest cottage on the property. It is occupied by a nice young couple full time but the entrance is on the separate side of the property so everyone has great privacy.

Little house in the Woods

We had an amazing time, felt like we were home. Our children and grandchildren had a great time and we felt completely safe. The home is comfortable, large and beautiful. We are very thankful for being able to share your home.

Wonderful place

We had plenty of room for sleeping and to keep kids entertained inside most of the weekend due to rain! Lots of card and board games played! Kitchen had small appliances we could use. Plenty of linens and towels. Only one suggestion would be to have a binder/notebook with information such as WiFi and password; also requirements for what you’d like guests to do before leaving. All in all, it was a great stay. I’m keeping this in mind for the future!

Excellent Location

Our youngest son's wedding was at a nearby venue, and the location was perfect. Invited out of town friends to brunch the day after the wedding, and the house was perfect for that as well. Very spacious.

Peaceful, beautiful country home close to everything

We loved our stay here! The long driveway and wooded front yard (with a swing on the porch to enjoy the view), fenced and wooded backyard (with a trampoline which our kids loved), and beautiful tree-filled views from the many windows inside the home gave it such a secluded, peaceful feel. One of our favorite rental stays ever. Clean, spacious, beautiful, and well-thought-out space. Less than 10 minutes from shopping and dining. Our first evening there was a neighbor dog in the backyard, but the hosts immediately took care of it, and there were no other issues for the rest of our 5-night stay.

Wonderful house for the whole family

Wonderful home! We had a wide age range from grandparents to babies and it was a great fit! The master is downstairs and very large. 3 bedrooms upstairs are all large also. 2 or then have king beds and large closets which we appreciate since we were able to fit a pack and play in ours to keep the baby close but still separate. The 3rd has 2 bunkbeds. All beds were very comfortable along with the pillows which I really appreciated having a bad back! The house has everything you need, I really appreciated there being lots of clean towels/washcloths so we didn't have to worry about washing and reusing. Outside there is a trampoline, swing and fireplace and the back porch is beautiful. Working with the owners is very easy and they were so sweet.

Perfect Getaway

The place is perfect for a family. It's open enough for everyone to interact and enough room for everyone to get away from each other for alone time. The backyard (especially the fire pit) is very nice for a fireside chat. We were very pleased and will be back.
