"There was no light in the room. Cigarette burn holes in the blanket the mattress was too small for the frame. It was just horrible."

"It’s a nice relatively new hotel. It does seem clean. However, my wife’s feet turned black walking across the floor. The staff is extremely rude and every time you ask them for something it’s a big bother. We asked about a coffee pot they told us they’d sell us one, we asked about plates or somewhere. They said they could sell us some. Why would I buy utensils and appliances for a two day stay. I just don’t think I’ll ever stay here again. "
