"First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one
We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler
They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler
They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel
The pile of snow was horrible.

"This hotel is about a 15 min drive to Atlantic City. It is affordable and located near a Denny's and Wawa. We got a non-smoking room and were happy that it smelled nice and was clean. The area felt safe enough too. The staff was kind and helpful."

"The carpet deodorizer was overbearing. Hotel is worn down and dirty. Pool needs a face lift. They charged $15 to check in at 2:40 instead of 3. I had to change rooms because my skin was crawling there and I had bites in my ankles."
Tropicana Atlantic City – A Caesars Rewards Destination
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful place but the elevator takes forever . They should work on the elevator effectiveness. Also there should be tea not Nescafé only for drinking"
"This is easily the worst casino hotel in Atlantic City, and it’s not even close. I’ve been coming to AC for over a decade and have stayed at every major property, including suites at all of them. I genuinely couldn’t believe how bad this place was.
For over $500 a night, I got wet carpets, broken room phones, no bottled water, no coffee maker, no room service, and no service at all. I spent two days repeatedly asking for water and never received it. The front desk told me suites include water and coffee, so I paid to upgrade—only to find neither was provided. The suite was also smaller than standard rooms at many other casinos.
I needed a locksmith to access my room and was left waiting in a filthy hallway for nearly an hour. The bell staff wouldn’t bring luggage up unless I was physically in the room, and with the phones broken, even contacting the front desk was a challenge.
What amazes me is that this property has a helipad. Who is the target customer? Someone willing to charter a helicopter but stay at a hotel that can’t provide a bottle of water or a cup of coffee?
Calling this a five-star hotel is laughable. I’ve stayed at budget motels with more amenities. Even the casino itself feels dated, with rude dealers, unfriendly floor staff, and table games that don’t even have cup holders.
The craziest part is that I actually tripled money on this trip. It's so bad here that even winning doesn't help. There are simply no redeeming qualities that justify the price"
"Room stunk of smoke when we checked in. The bathroom was not fully cleaned, as the previous guests washcloths were on top of the shower head and door. Received many emails asking me to upgrade the room after I booked, on the verge of being felt like spam. Elevators are few and far between. Would not stay again."
"Upon check in the attendant had me swipe my card once and then a second time. claimed the system was not working and proceeded to tell me to swipe my card again. I’m back home and sure enough there are two transactions pending."
"If you prepay, like I did, don't expect your room to be ready when you check in. I had to wait for an hour and a text message didn't even go off stating that my room was ready. I couldn't do the buffet because of time constraints because I was attending the concert that evening. And, I couldn't use my comp (free drinks) because I had to go to work the next morning. Needless to say, I won't be staying here ever again. Not worth the $500+."
