With 6 bedrooms (not including the den) and 5 decks (plus the front porch) there are as many places to hang out outside as there are inside! Third floor living space means everyone gets to soak in the water views of the ocean and peek at the bay as well! The sunrise and sunset views are breathtaking.... and just wait 'till you see the moon rise views over the water at night, wow! Two outside showers, and only steps to the beach.
