Create happy memories in this beautiful 2nd floor condo in Ventnor. 6807 Monmouth Ave. Close to shops and restaurants. Lovely bay view from the rear deck for dinners and sunsets.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms with an open layout. Beautiful wood floors throughout. Very clean with a well appointed and spacious kitchen. Parking for at least 2 cars. Central air conditioning. Outdoor shed with beach chairs, umbrella and 1 beach bike. Linens and towels are included.

August is booked but still available for June and July monthly rental. Video is included at the end of the photos
