  • Bring your family and friends to Ventnor City! 4 blocks to the beach and only 2 blocks to shops, restaurants, and bars. Walk or run on the boardwalk to nearby AC. The home accommodates 7 guests with 1 King bed, 1 Double and 3 Twins. AC units in each bedroom as well as the living area. Washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, and cable included. Roof deck above the garage is the perfect place to grill and relax.

    BEFORE YOUR STAY
    -It is a keyless entry, you will be sent a door code specific to your stay the night before your trip. Wi-Fi details will be sent and posted to booking details.
    -Yes we are dog friendly, with a paid cleaning fee.

    DURING YOUR STAY
    -The home is equipped with pots pans, utensils, plates bowls and cooking dishes. The refrigerator usually has condiments and butter in it, feel free to take stock of what is there already before you go grocery shopping!
    -We have a drip style coffee pot and filters; bring your own coffee.
    -We have window unit air conditioning in each room!
    -Pets must be curbed and leashed when outside the house, with waste placed in the outside receptacles.

Amazing Beach House and Pet Friendly!

This property is perfect for our family and pup. The house was just as described, clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great and the keyless entry was perfect. There were six beach tags, beach chairs, cooler bags, plenty of towels and pretty much anything else you would need for the beach. We will definitely be packing lighter next time. The beach, a quick 4 block walk away, allows dogs on leash from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. Dogs are not permitted on the boardwalk at anytime. After checkout on our last day, we went to the Longport (Malibu) Dog Beach for some off leash fun before the car ride home. We look forward to many more rentals for years to come.

Looks better than it is

The couch was very low and squisshy. No support. We both got back aches. There was no comfortable chair in the living room. The bed was uncomfortable. we left with back aches.
