When you enter the fabulous Seaside Beach Mansion, you'll immediately sense the warm and inviting upscale coastal decor. The ground floor features 4 bedrooms, all of which have private bathrooms attached. Two bedrooms offer King beds and two have Queen sized beds (one of the king suites has a twin bed as well). One of the King bedrooms is a 1st floor Master, featuring a jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace.

There is a first floor living/TV room with a queen pullout sofa bed and it's own kitchenette. The pool deck features a granite outdoor bar for relaxation and outdoor dining and the pool is a great diversion from the surf and sand. The outdoor shower is convenient to rinse off after a day at the beach. The utility room off of the garage has a washer/ dryer for your use and there is a 2nd full size side by side refrigerator in the garage.

The second floor is the main living floor with an open floor plan which is ideal for larger groups. This floor features the gourmet kitchen with huge granite island bar, with seating for 10! The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with commercial grade appliances including a 6 burner stove, 3 ovens, microwave oven, warming drawer and 2 Bosch dishwashers. An automatic under counter ice maker and beverage center help take the overflow from the over-sized Sub-Zero side by side refrigerator/freezer. Choose to dine indoors or out; this floor features an indoor dining table in addition to the bar seating as well as 3 outdoor decks, all furnished for your dining or leisure time preferences.

The 2nd floor open floor plan leads you from the kitchen/dining area directly into the large family room with large 65 inch 4K high def TV and sectional seating. A full bathroom on this floor also connects to a bedroom with two queen beds.

The third floor has more 3 master suites, all with king sized beds, private bathrooms and their own outdoor balconies. The 4th bedroom is perfect for the children, furnished with a twin bunk bed and twin trundle bed, it sleeps 3 very comfortably. The 3rd floor laundry area has 2 washer/dryers, making a total of 3 washer/dryers in the property for your convenience.

The huge roof top deck is the most unique feature of this home! It is fully furnished with chaise lounges and a circular sectional sofa. It's the perfect space to sun bathe in peace and privacy or escape for a glass of wine while viewing the ocean or Atlantic City skyline or to watch the sun set over the bay. Breathtaking!!

Atlantic City is only a short 5-10 minute ride for those interested in the exciting nightlife, restaurants, gambling and shows.

This property has it all! Whether you're planning a quiet family beach week, a family birthday or anniversary celebration or a gambling getaway, the Seaside Beach Mansion is perfect for you!

Seaside Beach Mansion was the perfect place for our group of 16 friends. There was plenty of room with many areas for large groups to gather as well as areas for small groups to gather. The owner could not have been kinder or more accommodating. He greeted us when we came in and stayed in touch for the duration to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Beautiful house in excellent location

Our extended family stayed at this house for a week. We had several younger kids with us so the mix of the pool onsite and an easy walk to the beach was fantastic! Brian is also incredibly responsive both before and during our stay.

Annual weekend get away

Annual seven couple get away (year 32). Really liked that each bedroom was spacious and had it's own bathroom. Remainder of the living spaces were very nice. As our trip was in the winter, we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. This is a great property for a larger group.

Amazing week on the Jersey Shore

This house was a perfect fit for our extended family of 18! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has plenty of large open spaces for all of us to gather and quite a few balconies for smaller groups. It has a well equipped kitchen and the heated pool was wonderful. Brian is a very good host and checked in on us periodically during our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful and spacious home! The owner provided all amenities and more….it was a beach vacation of a lifetime. Pool, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, extra seating, linen service, laundry service, etc. Plenty of parking and walking distance to shops, restaurants and more. We’ll definitely be back!

This property is absolutely beautiful. Well kept and very welcoming. One thing we, as a family noticed, was that even though the property is quite large, it is very cozy and warm. The owner was very responsive and responded promptly to any questions we had. We as a family definitely recommend this property for rental.

Fabulous Family Rental

We recently had the pleasure of spending a wonderful "Birthday Celebration" Family Getaway at "Seaside Beach Mansion". From the moment our reservation was made, owner Brian could not have been more kind and helpful, his home was immaculate. The beautiful kitchen was fully stocked with everything to accommodate our party of 18. Huge island and dining area provided seating for all. Bedrooms were nicely appointed and spacious. Large family room was very comfortable. Lots of inextra space for everyone to spend out.

The rooms were very nice. The two bedrooms with the tub/shower were very high tubs. Hard for older adults to get into. The kitchen with it's top of the line appliances had everything we needed. Nice and spacious. The elevator was great for our handicap family members though it doesn't go all the way to the rooftop. It was pretty neat with the fish wall. We enjoyed our stay. It is a short block away from the beach. The heated pool was just what we wanted. We hung out there when it was too windy on the beach. The outdoor bar by the pool is great! There is plenty of refrigerators for our drinks and with the four ice machines, we had plenty for our drinks. so many decks to hang out on! We would stay again.

Terrific location with room for all!

This was a great property to host our multi-generation family for a 60th Wedding Anniversary. Brian checked in regularly and was available for questions before and during our stay. We're a mellow group, but others should know that Brigantine has a city ordinance regarding quiet time between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. We loved that the home was so close to AC and only a short walk to the fabulous beach!

Great week at the beach

Brian I’d a phenomenal host. Responds immediately to any question. House is in a great area close to the beach. All beach gear is provided which is great. Our group of 25 all had a great time. Pool is excellent. Some nice restaurant spots nearby is a plus. Overall I’d highly recommend the house and especially Brian as a phenomenal host.

Quick summer getaway

Great for family

14 of us (eight adults and six children ranging ages six months to 12 years old) fit very comfortably into this very family-friendly home. The home comes well equipped with plenty of beach chairs, beach passes and beach towels for the entire family. There was plenty of parking for everyone who traveled from many states to meet there. The owner was very communicative leading up to the rental and responded quickly when we had questions for him. This was our first time in Brigantine, we happily realized that the location of the house lead to one of the nicest beach areas. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Wonderful Week!

Such a lovely and spacious home, about a block from the beach! Our family loved all the space and we older folks appreciated the elevator! The kids had fun in the pool after returning from the beach. We appreciated how convenient the location is to the businesses, restaurants, etc. It's in a quiet setting, and the neighbors take pride in their homes and properties. Our host, Brian, was extremely attentive and responded immediately to any of our messages. You'll be sure to have a terrific week! We did!

The mansion is unreal. Brian the owner was a pleasure to deal with. He made everything so easy. The home has it all and slept all 18 of us so very comfortable all rooms are beautifully decorated. Reunion

I needed a place for a group of friends to gather. We had some specific needs and desires like an elevator and a bathroom per couple. We found all of this and more at this Brigantine mansion. The kitchen and gathering space were welcoming and spacious. We enjoyed time on the rooftop deck as well as football Sunday by the large screen television. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plentiful and spacious. Atlantic City and ocean views from the rooftop. We were there on a rainy, chilly October weekend and we were toasty warm throughout the house. Don’t miss a walk on the beach in this quiet neighborhood.

SPECTACULAR HOME

Our family enjoys visiting locations for holiday gatherings, this year we chose Brigantine, NJ. From the time we booked right up to checking out our host Brian could not have been more helpful and concerned about our comfort ! He helped us with parking, transport into A.C., and dining options. He checked in to ensure our comfort and needs (of which there were none) Each room has an en suite which makes for ease of stay. Every nook and cranny was suited for relaxing fun! We had so much fun laughing, relaxing and even enjoyed walking to the beach (it's really close and the weather was perfect!) An especially nice touch was the elevator and the roof top deck. My only complaint is that our stay was way too short. We would absolutely chose this location and property again. Thank you Brian !!

Big group?? Check out this great place!

We just finished our beach trip at this property. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to invite extended family and some friends for a beach trip. We found this property and it worked perfect for our needs. We had young children (ages 4-9), plus older family members (60’s,70’s) and everyone was accommodated. The house is clean and nicely labeled to help with any questions. Plenty of space for all of us and nicely decorated. We easily had everything we needed at the house. The pool was great as well. Location was awesome and not a long walk to the beach. Close to the playground for the kids and a short drive to shops and restaurants. Brian is an awesome host. So helpful with questions, friendly and had great communication before and throughout our trip. We would absolutely book this house again, or any of Brian’s other properties. You will not be disappointed!

Had a wonderful week (barring the weather) at this beautiful home. The property is conveniently situated near AC and close to the beach. The property manager was very attentive and would highly recommend this property for anyone.
