Nice Family-Style Shore House with hot tub - 3 mins from the beach

  • Looking for a nice getaway on the Jersey Shore? Well, you’re in luck! This place has everything. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath raised-ranch has a front deck, a beautiful living room, an elegant kitchen, a huge backyard, 6 people sleeping,All the amenities you need (washer/ dryer, dishwasher, TVs in every room, Wi-Fi). New construction! Available for a limited time!

    The house has lots of great features. The front porch gets a great breeze from the island because there is water on all four sides of the island. The front porch is sunny in the morning and the back patio is sunny in the evening. The inside of the house stays pretty cool all the time. There is a park with water access one block away. There is a coffee shop and a liquor store and a seafood place and two restaurants three blocks away. There is a CVS within walking distance. The beach and boardwalk are seven blocks away and less than a ten minute walk. It is very easy to bike to Brigantine via the Atlantic City boardwalk and to Longport via Atlantic Ave. I rode my bike all the way to Cape May this summer along the ocean.
