3 BR 2 Bath 2nd floor home on the Carnival Bayou in Ocean City NJ. Enjoy boating, fishing, crabbing, swimming, all from your lagoon front home and private boat slip. Checkins are Sat, Checkout are Sat. 2nd floor unit comes with central air, washer dryer, boat slip that accommodates up to a 30' boat, and much more. Bedroom #1 has a queen, bedroom #2 has a full, and bedroom #3 has a 2 twins and a full (bunk with trundle). Only a few blocks from the beach and downtown. Stunning bay views from your private deck.

This Is Our Happy Place

As we left yesterday from our second stay at this house this summer, I glanced up at the sign above the stairs -“This is our happy place.” Indeed it is. Everything about it from its location in Ocean City to the details the owner has put in this space, make for a fabulous stay. Thank you once again. A Lovely, Swimmable Spot with an Amazing View and Comfort

The property has a wonderful view. It is in a great location in a swimmable lagoon with a nice boat slip. The neighbors were delightful. The property is convenient to the Asbury Avenue shops, Boyer's Market, and close enough to the beach and Boardwalk. The great room is a delightful place with a view that almost equals the amazing view from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you very much.
