Honestly I hate to leave bad reviews but I am sharing to help other people make an informed decision. The establishment was not at all user friendly. Hardly any signs to point out how to get luggage, food, or any amenities. We stayed 2 days and no maid service at all when advertised daily. 2 employees knew where and what was going on especially a bellman named Paul. Also a parking attendant did go out of his way for us. Other than those 3 employees the rest of them had no idea what was going on in their departments. 3 trips to the check in desk just to get in our room. An hour and a half to find out how to get our luggage. The price was decent when we booked but with all fees and add ons ended up to be over $400 for 2 days plus a $50 deposit. Heater did not work. Light broken. No microwave. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. I would not recommend.
