Sitting on an oversized 60' wide lot, this property is recently renovated with a brand new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and bathrooms. On the main floor, you will find a wide expansive living area and front porch, a generous Master bedroom with ensuite bath, 3 large bedrooms, 1 full bath and a half bath. The upper cottage boasts a perfect place for all the kids to hang out. It features 2 bunk beds (S/S), 2 full size beds and a full bath with double vanities, shower and patio with ocean views.
