- Fully furnished single family house on a deep lot in Ocean City, home of several awards for best family vacation town. Yard comes with grill and beautiful outside porch with pergola and plenty of furniture perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade. Newly renovated floors inside the house. Beach chairs, toys are included, and the house is a quick walk to the beach and evening sunsets on the 12th st public pier.
Single family house includes your own refrigerator, oven, dish washer, coffee maker, microwave, washer and dryer.
Property is perfectly located (0.4 miles to beach, 0.2 miles to bay). Walking distance to 12th st boardwalk/beach (one of only a few locations to have bathrooms and outside showers). Walking distance to WaWa, Dunkin, Piccinis, Starbucks and more.
