Beautiful Newer Construction 5 BR 3.5 bath

  • Gorgeous sun sets every night on the awesome deck!!!! This beautiful house is situated directly across the street from the wildlife refuge and OC bike trail. This luxury newer construction 1st floor property has 5 Bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all the amenities that will make cooking a pleasure.
    This spacious home will be your new home away from home. You're going to love it here with only a short 1/4 mile walk to the beach. We provide 8 Beach tags (all adults and children 12+ need beach tags June 1-Labor day), 8 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella’s & a beach cart to enjoy your long beach days. Haven Ave. on this part of the island is only 4 blocks to the beach.
    There are 5 bedrooms.
    The master bedroom has a king bed and its own master bath.
    Bedroom #2 is a junior ensuite with a queen bed and its own bathroom.
    Bedroom #3 has a king bed
    Bedroom #4 has 2 sets of bunk beds ( 4 twins)
    Bedroom #5 -2 sets of bunkbeds ( 4 twins)

    Sheets and towels are not included in the rental and are the responsibility of the guests.

    We have a huge front deck with plenty of seating or there is a back deck off the master bedroom for a quite retreat. Either way you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and your wine at night in the fresh ocean air.
