Beautiful Efficiency Condo-only 2 blocks from Beach and Boardwalk

Beautiful efficiency condo. We take pride in our unit. Our condo is perfect for a couple or a couple and one child. You can easily walk to beautiful Asbury avenue shopping area and all the restaurants as well as a simple 2 block walk to the beach and historic boardwalk. Immaculate 2nd floor unit ( please be advised we do not have an elevator) located conveniently at the corner of 9th and Wesley Avenue. This unit is super clean and updated. Our unit has a Queen Murphy bed which makes this more spacious when your not using the bed. We also have a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a 2 burner stove top. We of course have air conditioning, cable TV and Wi-Fi all included. The kitchenette is also fully stocked with cutlery, pots, pans etc as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The property also has a heated pool and grille area as well as a sun deck. Coin operated laundry facility is also available on the property. You will also have 1 reserved parking space as well.
A few things to keep in mind:
Renters must be over the age of 25
Summer season rentals run Saturday to Saturday
Sheets (Queen), towels and toiletries are not provided.
The complex is completely Non-Smoking
No pets allowed
