  • Gardens newer Beach-block Condo is vacation perfect! Just 300 steps to the expansive north end beaches, this four bedroom, three full bath Condo has the added plus of an elevator. Modern furniture and windows galore create an airy, sunny environment, perfect for simply relaxing and getting away from it all!

    This spacious Condo is immaculately kept in the residential Gardens section of Ocean City. The large front deck is equipped for outdoor dining and leisure time above the peaceful, tree lined street. In addition, there is a rear deck overlooking the fenced-in backyard, where guests can BBQ while the family enjoys the fresh ocean breeze. Indoors, you'll enjoy the modern yet cozy decor, complete with a large, open air custom painted living area. An added bonus is the 65 inch flat screen TV above the brick fireplace and free high speed WiFi Internet.

    Each of the four bedrooms has direct access to a full bath, perfect for multi-family or large family use.

    In the evening walk about a half of a block to TJs Ice Cream store for hand dipped ice cream or light fare next store at Express Pizza including pizza, salad, cheese steaks, etc.

    The elevator makes the vacation perfect for loading groceries and luggage and allows no-step access to all parts of the home.

Another great stay.

It was just a short walk to the North Street beach, which was ideal for both our elderly parents and our little one. Wayne was an excellent host. We had a great stay! The house was as advertised and the elevator was a plus! The location was great - just a couple of blocks to both the beach and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed sitting out on the porch. Highly recommend it.

Quiet, Relaxing Weekend

We had a lovely, calm and relaxed weekend. The flat has a gas fireplace which made the room feel cosy even as it was sleeting outside. The kitchen area and open floor plan provided a nice space to just chat and relax with friends.

Stayed for wedding in Avalon including 102 year old mother in wheelchair. Elevator was a great feature. Furniture very comfortable. Great bathrooms. . Lock box a bit temperamental. We all felt very secure and had plenty of elbow room.

Beautiful section of Ocean City

We have stayed at Wayne's condo several time over the last five or so years. His property is always clean and spacious. The Gardens is a great place to stay, it's away from the busy part of the area by the boardwalk noise.

My Mom, my 6 year old daughter and I stayed for 2 nights during easter break. Communication with Wayne was so easy, the property was spacious, clean and quiet. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need for cooking, comfortable furniture inside and on the porch, close to the beach and easy check in. Looking forward to staying again!
