Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 bath 1 year old 1st floor Condo here in Ocean City. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place which is just minutes from Asbury Avenue. 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, 2 minute walk to downtown Asbury Avenue Ocean City. 2 blocks from 9th Street bridge, making it easy to get to. It is more of a year around neighbor and the park for the kids is less than 1000 feet away. If you are interested in renting bikes that the bike shop is located on 8th at Atlantic avenue and easy to jump on to the boardwalk and be at Village fudge kitchen. 2 blocks from Gillians Wonderland and 1 block from the water slides.

This is our second year in a row staying at this property and we had a great time. It's a nice size for our family and we really don't mind the walk to the beach in boardwalk. We were able to do it everyday with kids under 4. This is a great location. Very clean and just what we were looking for

Great location!

Amazing location close to Asbury and bay sunsets. Very clean, up to date appliances, and even a little porch to have coffee and read. Has everything you need and was perfect for 4 adults! Will definitely be back!

Overall, our stay was excellent. The description & pictures were very accurate and the property was clean when we arrived. If you've never rented property at the Jersey Shore, it is customary that you supply just about everything you can think of from hand soap to bedding. This property supplies more than most. Each bed had sheets, pillows, and a quilt with extra sheets in the closet. You may want to bring some extra blankets. Exactly 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 face towel were provided for my family of 4, so if you’d like additional towels, plan to bring some. may want to bring extra blankets and bath towels. There is a stacked washer/dryer available to use whenever you'd like to have fresh towels or clean clothes, and laundry detergent pods were supplied.The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the attached bathroom has a walk-in shower. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a bunkbed (top twin, bottom full, and a trundle bed). My children seemed very comfortable in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a nightstand, closet and TV. The master bedroom also has a small dresser.If you plan to do any cooking, note that there weren’t any baking sheets, casserole dishes, a complete set of measuring cups, and food storage containers. We were able to find a workaround, though. There is a regular coffee maker, Keurig machine, and toaster. Dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags were provided. We highly recommend this property!
