• This home has private entrance with one private deck.
• This home is a duplex with an occupied unit on the 2nd floor which includes the shared usage of the outdoor shower & trash area.
Other things to note: • Must be 25+ yrs old to book.
• Pet policy: Max 1 dog under 50lbs with breed restrictions. Must disclose breed and weight of dog prior to booking in message to host. This must be verified. The dog must be house trained. Must add dog on guest reservation page prior to booking reservation which will include $100 pet fee. This is for your dog to occupy the property as a guest, not used for additional cleaning and/or damages. The dogs must be house trained. Absolutely no other types of animals other than dogs which includes emotional support animals due to severe allergies no exceptions (please find other accommodations). The dog must never be left unattended or must be crated if left alone. Guests are responsible for providing crates and puppy pads if leaving for an extended period of time. Excessive barking is prohibited. This will be met with a friendly warning and must be rectified immediately. The dog must be leashed at all times when walking along the property for community safety. The dog must be taken off premise for bathroom use with immediate pick up or subject to additional cleaning fees.
• All staying or non staying guests must not exceed 7 during the entire stay due to fire and safety ordinances. This will be verified prior to guest entry, throughout stay & upon checkout.
• Early checkin and late checkouts even when available and reserved are not be guaranteed. If available, $25 for early checkin 2pm and late check out 12pm. Extended late check out please ask. Failure to check out on time may results in $50 late check out penalty plus for each twenty-four (24) hour period (or any portion thereof) that you overstay, an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly listing fee originally paid.
• No smoking (cigarette, cigar, marijuana and/or vaping) of any kind inside the property. Detection monitors inside the unit. $300 smoke remediation deep clean charge for damages, immediate cancellation and guest removal from property. No smoking permitted on the property grounds.
• No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals, or bachelor/ bachelorette style parties. Any unauthorized event or party is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises.
• Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM. Decibel detection monitors located inside the premise. Violation of noise ordinance will be met with a warning. Failure to heed warning(s) may result in cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and/or physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises.
• Prohibited from 2nd floor use area.
• Beach sand must be removed by outside shower or outside hose prior to entry.
• All guests are encouraged to purchase travelers insurance and must review cancellation policy prior to booking.
• Please understand this is not a hotel. This is a small duplex family oriented home. Please respect the owner above to ensure communities use & enjoyment.

Location was amazing- very short walk to the beach and very reasonable walk to dining (even with little ones). Short drive to shops and AC as well which was great. We would definitely stay here again.
We celebrated our 30th anniversary here and it was very nice. Thomas was very friendly and the house was very clean. He had all the amenities we needed.

Had a very nice stay here for a week vacation. The owners couldn’t be any nicer. The property was clean and very close to the beach. Nice big deck out back. Would definitely stay again.
The location of this house was great for us as a family looking for a quiet getaway - super close to the ocean but away from the busier areas of the beach scene. 30-minute drive to Ocean City for a quick trip to the boardwalk. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The available beach chairs were a big plus, and there was a wagon we could have used to carry toys, etc. Definitely would stay here again if we visit Brigantine in the future.
This really was a perfect rental home. It was clean, very cute, roomy, had all appliances and utensils and items we needed, and the owner was helpful with lists of places to go and things to do. Bonus was that we didn't have to pack any linens! It was like having hotel service, a dream. We also brought our dog and the owner was great about it and the home was incredbily clean, something sometimes you might think a house would not be that accepts dogs. Not this one! Sparkling. And wonderful location, close to beach, close to the overlook tower, close to Pirate's Den and other places. We would definitely return to this home.
We stayed last minute in August from Sunday to Friday. Located in the quiet North end of the island. The accommodations were perfect! House was clean, most amenities were provided (bath towels, sheets, hand soap, makeup remover wipes, paper towels and toilet paper (to start). Kitchen is fully equipped. Living room has SmartTV so we watch mostly anything. Beds are comfy, ceiling fans in all rooms to circulate air. AC had an issue while we were there - property managers were extremely responsive and AC was fixed and running within hours of notifying. Was very happy and will hopefully stay again!
We had a wonderful stay! The house is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. The beach is even closer than it looks. We would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

We had a great time with a kid and adults hanging out on the back porch, the outdoor shower and walking back and forth to the beach. Very comfortable bed and cozy living room and kitchen. We will come back!
