Dirty Floor

The floor was dirty made our feet black and we had an infant who crawled. We were told someone was to come by to clean the floors and no one did. We did not have a trash can in the kitchen, one was brought. The rest of the place was also not very clean. Living room a/c was very loud. For the price I expected more it was not luxury rentals.

The communication with the host was awful. I had questions about my reservation prior to arrival that were never answered. I called when we arrived about the parking pass that was needed and the person I spoke to didn't know the answer and took hours to get back to me about how to obtain a parking pass. The internet did not work when we arrived and they never got back to me until they texted me at 1am about it which woke me up. There was dirty tissue on the floor in one of the bedrooms. I would not stay here again due to lack of poor communication.

Great location, could use some improvements

My family and I had a nice stay at this beach house but it could have been more enjoyable.Pros:1. The location was awesome as it was easy to walk everywhere. You are right in the middle of everything. 2. Pool access was a nice variation to the beach3. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay4. There is laundry on site but not in room5. Parking was available for one carCons:1. Kitchen is very small and there was lacking amenities..not enough toilet paper, no paper towels, no filter for coffee machine, no microwave safe dishware. There was only one garbage bag provided.2. There is only one bathroom and for a place to list 13 people (we had 10 - 3 adults, 7 kids) with only one bathroom is something to consider when booking3. The house was overall clean but there were some ants in the main area.Overall, I would give it 3.5 stars. My family had a nice time but not sure we would return to this beach house
