Loved the easy access to the beach! 2 nice outdoor pools and well maintained property overall. Gated. Our family felt safe. 2 bathrooms are always handy, beds were comfy. Balcony gave a tiny view of the ocean. Spacious closets in each room. There were some beach items and chairs in the closet too! A lil miscommunication about laundry facilities but we did end up finding them on-site (at the upper pool access)Keep in mind that this IS on the 3rd/top floor. From parking to room you have about 8 sets of stairs. There are is no elevator. Not a deal breaker for us at all but if we had brought my parents on this trip we would've needed to find them a room somewhere elseHost was very quick with communication! Check in and checkout were seamless. We were thankful that the checkout cleanup list was not extensive like many of the VRBO properties we have stayed in!!Not only was the beach access close (in the parking lot), it was also a very nice boardwalk well-equipped with a nice wash off station including hoses and showers

The condo was clean and just as described. The ocean view was really nice. We loved the property. It was peaceful and well taken care of. We also enjoyed the pools. We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo is clean, cutely decorated, roomy and two showers is a plus, for us and our son. We enjoyed the balcony ocean view and the distance to walk to the beach was short. Southwinds condos wasn’t overly populated and two pools are a plus. Love the location to the state park. We will come again!
