Great location, very family friendly

We absolutely loved our stay. The house had everything we needed to make a perfect beach vacation. It was very clean. The property manager was very friendly and informative. The only issue we had was that the vacuum didn't work, which made it difficult for us to clean up the sand, but we managed. Aside from that, everything was perfect. There were numerous things to do nearby, and the beach is just a short walk from the condo.

Southwinds 2025

We checked in on Sunday. Upon arrival we noticed that the floors were sandy. Upon messaging Melissa, she came back and cleaned them again. We really appreciated that. On keypad lock quit working on Tuesday 2/22/25. I messaged Melissa promptly and she text "Ok thank you. I will check that out. Is it ok if I come by tomorrow to take a look at it? Ok, I will text before I arrive." We replied absolutely. She never came nor did we hear from her again. I let her know on Saturday that the chain in the hall commode was broken and the keypad was still not fixed. We received a "check out" text on Sunday 7/27/25. We did overall enjoy our vacation however it did have hiccups.And for the record. There is ONLY one shower in this condo. We somehow missed this upon renting this property! That is on us.
