Stayed with three kids and it was a very short walk to the beach. Carried all of our stuff with a wagon. The house was cozy and very conveniently located (Atlantic beach pier is near The house and cottage provided plenty of space. The fenced in yard was perfect for the kids to play in. The cottage smelled of mildew. The property manager was genuinely surprised, concerned, and addressed this with an air filter immediately and told me it would be further addressed after I left. The property is great with convenient location and sufficient space for 4 adults and a few kids. Fairly was an amazing host who helped me before I arrived and throughout my stay with a few mistakes I had made.
