  • Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom end unit condo at 8 1/2 Marina Village - easy ICW and beach access.The space features a king bed, queen bed, and a twin bed, perfect for families or groups.

    Dock your boat in the private marina just outside the back door in our 45' boat slip or enjoy one of the many amenities that our community offers. Play tennis, pickleball, go to the pool or just relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the deck. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk away. Two bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, etc. are also available for you to use.
