"The staff were amazing. I felt like I was a guest at my families house. Everything we needed was made so easy. The hotel has a driver they use for their tuk-tuk rides so you do not have to pay an excessive amount. The drive is friendly and always made us feel safe being in a new place. We had gotten couple massages, which were relaxing and much needed after our hike. The hotel even helped us with transportation back to Guatemala City. Everyone we encountered was kind and welcoming. The staff really stood out to me.
The rooms were cozy and clean. I will say that some spiders got in through the cracks, but that is to be expected due to the location. We had a fresh pitcher of water given to us each day. The food served at the hotel restaurant was good. I would stay at this hotel again and again. "

"Staff was very nice and hard working. Breakfast was really good included with price of room but you can add to it for additional cost. It was well cooked. Very nice view. It seems they are renovating and expanding hotel. No AC or tv but the view was amazing "
