"A very nice place for a quick stay with everything you need."

"I wasn’t expecting the Ritz Carlton, but had hoped for a base level of standard. The building was very far away from the check in area in a sketchy part of town, which didn’t feel great as a single woman traveling alone. The shower looked like athlete’s foot and there were bugs crawling on the pillow. I checked out after a couple of hours and spent the night at SFO instead. You get what you pay for. "

"Property was above average, great location, good condition. Did not sleep at all, however. Someone was knocking, banging, and shouting all night. Apparently, his partner locked him out. Other guests were trying to resolved the issue, to no avail. This lasted from midnight to 5am, at which point I just checked out and left. "

"This hotel is tuck away at a cove around many office buildings. Therefore, outside of business hours, the surrounding area is quiet and feel safe but please be aware that the wind can get gusty in the parking lot. There is not much nearby, so you get some quietness other than the occasional Caltrain passing by and some freeway noise. Also, it's right off Highway 101 and shops and restaurants near El Camino Real is only a short drive away from the hotel. I believe the hotel does provide breakfast to go at a cost but I did not partake in that."

"I was a weary traveler who was greeted by Kim and Alan. Their good energy and assistance was OUTSTANDING!! A room was assigned, gS station and Parking info details given, food choices and ordering happened prior to gas and park so that when I came back, my order was handed to me! I later discovered my phone charger was broken, they found several ideas to solve the issue and made me a cup of tea while I waited on my phone charger. They both went above the ordinary to ensure my one night stay and early 4 am wake up call was going to be comfortable and stress free. I highly recommend Hyatt Place San Jose whose representatives went above and beyond for me!"
